» O filme começará 10 anos após 'A Última Cruzada', se passando na década de 50.

» O roteiro final tem a mão de David Koepp, conhecido por grandes filmes como 'Homem-Aranha' e 'Jurassic Park'.

» Harrison Ford ameaçou abandonar as filmagens de 'Indiana Jones 4' caso não pudesse utilizar um chicote de verdade. A indisposição teria acontecido quanto o autor ficou sabendo que seu famoso chicote será criado via computação gráfica, segundo as normais atuais de segurança.
